I'm pretty sure none.
They have the facilities at Galliers Private ward in Armadale/Kelmscott but I was told in no uncertain terms when I had my son 21 months ago that as soon as I was fully dialated I would have to get out of the bath.
It might have changed there though since then so it may be worth enquiring.
About the only place in Perth that you could have a planned water birth would be if you birthed at home with an independent midwife. If you are intrested in using water in labour i would birth at Joondalup as Glengarry presently have no bath.( as per your previous threads question )
good luck

It's a sad state of affairs, but as pickles said your only option would probably be at home :( A birth centre may be an option but not sure what's available in Perth.
Some hospitals have tubs you can use for labour but they won't allow you to actually birth in them. Basically it boils down to the liability insurance issue. Which is why the hospital funkeemonkee birthed at was adamant that she had to get out when she was ready to have her baby.
Sad but true :(
All the best for your birth though!

funkeemunkee - do you mind me asking how you found your stay at galliers? I am tossing up between going to galliers or having a home birth for my next bub.
how did you find the level of care at galliers? and are their rooms nice? etc?
thanks for any info you can give me :D

Galliers was absolutely excellent!!! The midwives were supportive, the rooms were well appointed (baby baths etc), the whole place has a very relaxed feel. All the OBs were wonderful and when there were complications with DS they were able to access the staff from Armadale to help immediately.
When comparing Galliers to Armadale next door-there is no comparison. Armadale midwives were rushed off their feet, the rooms were shabby, there was chaos everywhere-the exact opposite to Galliers.
I had a friend give birth at Galliers about 6 weeks ago and she was very impressed.
They do shared care still-where you mostly see the midwives rather than your OB-which cuts down on the expense of the whole thing. You get to know your care providers before you go into labour so they greet you as a friend once you have had the bub.
You also get really familiar with the birthing suites (they are much, much better than Murdoch SJOG-even after the renos...).
I would go back to Galliers if I didn't live in the country now and my OB wasn't at Murdoch.
I was impressed too, that I was only out of pocket for the paediatrician-not even for the anethsetist.
They also took really good care of my husband while he was around too-they really went over and above what I would expect of a hospital.
So all in all, I cannot recommend Galliers highly enough. Any other questions I will be happy to help.

My friend went through King Edward and had a water birth. She was in the birthing suites next to the hospital and was told the same thing once fully dialated she would have to get out of the bath, But being determined to have a water birth she just told them under no uncertain terms that she could not get out of the bath, too much pain so her son was born in the water. Nothing they could do about it.
Good luck!!

go homebirth...u can have whatever birth you want then.
less chance of tears, interventions and no separation from family
i had my DD through CMP Community Midwifery Program..cost $100 all up. Most women can birth though CMP, unless VBAC or other serious conditions...give them a call and have a chat they are lovely. (ph number in Bubhub directory part)
happy birthing
