... Do you think the following names flow or would my daughter be teased for the whole ka-ka sound?

Annika Cartwright
Danica Cartwright

I don't know how long I'll like these names, I have a tendency of fixating on names to the point that I don't like them so much anymore.

Has anyone else had this problem? Will I get sick of the names I eventually name my children too? :(

Thanks!

Isn't it funny how when you say something over and over again it begins to sound really weird and foreign!

I think whatever you choose will be perfect! Both gorgeous names!

I like Danika! Its sounds a little easier to say with Cartwright!

I think that both names are great - and kids are kids. No matter what name you pick, they'll find something to pick on her about! :)

OMG! I was just thinking today that I really liked the name Danica - it just popped in to my mind from nowhere! I was trying to think of some alternative spellings though.

Great minds eh :)

i love the name Danica. Annika is also a nice name but i think that Danica goes better with your last name. And then you could have Dani for short! its cute!

all the best! Kayley:)

Danica could get mispronounced though .... ie with the emphasis on the second syllable, to rhyme with Tamika. Or I could just be a weirdo to think of that :p

Having said that, I like both names equally (not much help am I!!! I'll just slink away quietly now :o .....)

I like Danica, as it flows better with your surname i think....and like Kayley said, she could be Dani for short!
