Baby shower host

Hi everyone

My mum, mil and sisters are organising my baby shower for in 3 weeks. I am having it at my mums house and her and my sisters have already started to organise games, food etc and my sil is doing the invitations. But i cant think of something for my mil to organise/to do. orginally the shower was going to be at her house but it has been changed as she lives out of town abit. i need to include her in organising it but not sure how? any suggestions?

We had family and friends contribute to a home duties and meals roster. Perhaps she could co-ordinate that. Just have a list of chores needing to be done after baby is born and she can co-ordinate for people to bring meals cooked and ready to eat too. It takes a little organising because it can't be a roster arranged around a date because you don't know when the baby will come but you can do the roster based on days of the week.
