what wool fabrics I need?

today I am off to spotlight to get some stuff... I just need to know what I need? I am making (more like my mum!) soakers for my baby girl so so so excited!

8ply wool but what ones? is organic the best of all or??? and it needs to be 70% or more pure wool right???

hey! I was at spotlight looking for wool last week. There wasnt a huge range most was acrylic. I went for 100% wool there was 50g balls for $2.99. Its not organic i dont think and just plain colours

ahh ok.. hopefully I will find something.. also I had forgotten to ask.. how much wool would I need?? one ball or what??
