Hi all,
I'm 28 and TTC even though my ovaries are in bad shape from endometriosis that was only recently diagnosed.
Is anyone else TTC against all odds?

Hi Nendo, sorry to hear you have endometriosis - have you had a laparoscopy?. I had an laparoscopy because I wasnt getting pregnant, I put it off because I read all the things on the net about endo and I didnt have any symptoms and thought that it was be a problem on DH's side of things. But finally got onto the operating table and later shown the photos of the endometriosis and after it was removed. Also have since looked up alternative remedies for a less likely chance of it coming back - found one interesting research, Health Victoria -http://www.whv.org.au/Articles/Natural_therapies_endometriosis.pdf I was more interested in the diet etc, like no dairy, no chicken because of the hormones, eat more wholemeal not refined flours etc etc. I think its not impossible to get pregnant but the endo makes the environment in the uterus toxic & hostile so concentrating on being healthy is of prime importance to me. I like have it didnt mention Red Wine LOL. Also I just started taking a tonic sent to me from Fertile Mind & Body at the Gold Coast. I didnt realise that endo was so common until I read other stories on Bubhub and there is success stories out there even if it is with medical intervention.

Bobby, thanks so much for your reply.
Yes, I have had a laparoscopy - it showed stage 4/5 disease and I need further surgery because of its presence on my bowel.
I'm sorry that the E word has afflicted you too, although I'm glad it hasn't caused you the usual symptoms.
Thanks so much for the link - as it turns out, I've come across that pdf before :)
I need to learn all about diet and vitamins etc in terms of TTC and endo combined. I hope I manage to learn about it quickly and easily because the endo fatigue is a real interference with stuff like that.
Please let me know how you go with the tonic.
All the best! :)
