I joined the gym on Tuesday.
But atm I only have time for 2 classes a week. They are circuit classes and are pretty full on.

Do you think this is enough to make much of a difference in my body?

I will hopefully be able to fit in at least 1 more class in a couple of weeks time.

ahhhhhhhh you are a legend mate!! and make a difference! hell yeah it will, you will be amazed how you will feel in the next few weeks, body and mind and overall fitness.
Im excited for you as it can be scary the first few times:thumbsup: i have even got rod going to the gym now..lol we have been going together, well when he gets the time!

Thanks girls. I really enjoyed the first class although it nearly killed me.lol.

I have my son, Brenton going along with me too. He is my workout partner.

I'm just about ready to go to another one in a minute.:yes:
