What do people think of Cushie Tushies?

They're a noice price for an AIO but I don't want to spend my hard earned $$ on something that isn't worth it.

These were the first AIO I ever used.

To be honest I didn't really like them. I sold them after a few weeks. Now I realise I probably wasn't using them properly. I thought they would work like a sposie. I didn't prewash. I didn't realise my DD would be able to under the velcro.

I think you should give them a try. You never see them in the trading room. This either shows they are good and people don't get rid of them or... hmmm I don't know what else it could mean.

These were on sale over the weekend, so there is another thread about them, probably a few pages back. From what I can gather, the general consensus is that they aren't a great nappy:no: However, a handful of people like them. I have taken the plunge. I could be one of those poeple who find them good and could be missing out on a great priced nappy if I don't at least try them!!

Definitely give them a go. They do need the prewashes as they are hemp. I tried a friend's when I first starting using cloth and DS lasted 4+hrs in one. The fit was not quite right on my skinny bottom boy but I highly recommend anyone try them. The WAHM who makes them is so helpful and amazing too. If you have any issues she is willing to work with you to try and fix the issue if she can. She has had some huge success lately and is now having to do a waiting list.

Give one a try, they aren't that expensive and you never know they could work well for you!

I tried them and found them to be quite good for the price, but the fit wasn't 'quite' right on my little thunder thighs although the prints were sooooo cute. I would have still kept them for around the house in the daytime except some excited overpurchasing meant that a serious stash cull was in order!

My DS has a camoflague print Cushie Tushies AIO. I love it, but it is quite small sizing. They look like little undies on him, but they still work really well. I'd go a size up when you order - they're really slimfitting.

Not worth it IMO. They didn't last very long on my DD. They had plenty of washes too

I've tried them a couple of times (about 12 mths ago and about 1 mth ago) and they weren't right for DD. She either wee'd straight out the side or they didn't last very long. But they were cute! I've heard some people that love them.

Big Cushie Tushies fan here.

They are my at home workhorse nappy. They look so comfy on bub
They are very trim for an AIO, so I think there some of the absorbancy is comprimised. Probably not great for heavy wetters.

I definitely think it's worth buying one to see if you like it - I'm sure it would resell well if it didn't work for oyu.

And Shell, the WAHM, is very helpful
