Preggers In Inner Suburbs!!

I'm Carli, 20 weeks pregnant, looking to find other pregnant mums or mum to be's around the city area, im in coburg, but work in the city and originally from the country so come on, 20 mins on a tram is the city!!

I'm 23, a nurse, love my work, love my expanding waistline, would love to meet other who are going through this nice (now the morning sickness has finally left) time.

Im 20 weeks today, go for my sex determining (anomally) scan next week. i could find out then, but dont want to know til i give birth, i just think it would be better left as a suprise as i think i might have preconceptions if i know what sex it is, like imagine how it is going to look etc. id rather wait and see.

sorry about your morning sickness, mine was horrific, and lasted til 18 weeks. i had to take time off work at one stage and run across the road to my doctor every 6 hours for a shot of maxalon cos i couldnt even hold the tablets down!! thankfully it is settled now!

I'm a first time mum too, and a nurse. i studied teaching (early childhood) with my nursing degree, but got a bit burnt out by my 4th year at uni, so dropped the teaching and just settled for the nursing. i love what i do tho, so its all good!

Sounds like we have a lot in common. I'm just looking at retraining and becoming an Early Childhood teacher. I'm on school holidays Friday or else we could catch up for a coffee in the weekend. I hope I don't sound too much like a stalker... just miss having girl friends to catch up with.

sorry my replies are so infrequent, i just dont have time to check in here all the time. im not just a slacker, and i miss the girlfriend thing too, im just so damn busy, and broke buying up big for the baby
