I've got some anti-pill fleece covers cut out ready to sew, but I'm wondering if I need to add a layer of PUL or similar to waterproof.
My question is: Do I need this extra layer or will 2 layers of fleece do?
Any feedback/ suggestions would be greatly appreciated. :o
