Spinach Dip!!

Hi, does anyone have the recipe for the Spinach dip. I lost it and all I can remember is the spinach and sour cream. Im making it on Sunday and I really need the ingreadients.

Spinach Dip

You need:
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pkt frozen spinach (250g) or use fresh spinach
1 chopped onion
1 pkt Spring Vegetable Soup
1 cob loaf or multiple small bread rolls

Method:
In a bowl mix the thawed spinach, sour cream, onion, vegetable soup and mayonnaise and mix well.

Slice the top of your bread and pull all out the middle of the loaf.

Fill with the mixture, return the lid, and place on a baking dish surrounded with torn bits of the centre of the loaf which can be used for dipping. Bake in a slow oven for about an hour and voila!

I made this on Monday for my playgroup.

Frozen spinach
Lite sour cream
French onion soup mix

fAter defrosted spinach make sure you squeeze out excess water, mix in sour cream, sprionkle in french onion soup mix for flavour (as much as u like).

Serve inside a cob loaf or with cracker.
