I was thinking a Newcastle location this time, we can alternate between Maitland and Newcastle that way.

Foreshore?
Gregson Park?
Lambton Park?
Blackbtt?

And of course let's wait until school holidays are over.

The foreshore is nice and everything, but I am all for meeting up in a different spot...great way to try them out, and most drive, any that don't are often picked up by another, so I vote for one of the others.

I agree with Millymoo-well done for starting the ball rollling!!
I vote for either Gregson Park or Blackbutt -there is plenty of shade at both of those.
Also Gregson Park is right near Beaumont Street to grab a takeaway coffee and Blackbutt is right near Euro for coffee and something yummy! (Have to get the priorities right!)
But I am close to all of these so pick any of those and that will be fine!

I know there is a Newcastle Meet happening in the holidays but there are a few of us that cant make these in the holidays and thought this thread that Anne started was good point for after the holidays and thought could maybe start this thread up again to organise one for a couple of weeks time as we were all keen but the timing just isnt good for a few of us for the one next week:wave:

If someone can do a poll then I'm happy to PM the info. But I'm moving on Sunday and will be pretty offline for a bit I think cause it will be dial up and I have no idea how long that will take for everything to download

I dont know how to do a poll either! My skills are very basic in here... Do we need a poll?, maybe you could pick a date or two when you have moved and we just pick between them and go with that. Maybe we could just take turns in organising them and whoever can come can come? iykwim. I think you were on the right track when you started the thread!!
