All right Sarah I will join you and admit all!!.

Name - Fatty boom bah aka Gemma

PG Start Weight - 80 kg

PG Finish Weight - 92kg  Arrgghh!!!

Post PG Weight - 88kgs about four days after birth

Goal Weight - 70 - 68kg havent been that weight for about 8 years but that makes me a size 10 - 12 which would be great!

Chloe is now two weeks and two days and am now 84.5kg so have shaved off a bit more since birth. Really want to get to pre preg weight of 80 kg in the next two weeks so am trying to eat well.

Will start to exercise at the end of next week due to cs dont want to push it too much. Am trying to work out when I will fit it in as dont know how I can go for my walks anymore with three kids. Could do it with two with the double stroller but three, not sure what to do. Am thinking about going for a walk after the 5am feed with just Chloe before everyone wakes up but with winter coming dont know if I will actually do it.

Thank god for bf as I am sure that will help me !!

Sarah, great thread should we do a weigh in once a week?

Gemma....a weekly weigh in sounds great!

Re: the bfing yes im soooo hoping it will help this time round, last time bfing just made me really really hungry all the time and so i didnt lose much at all:no:

This time though having two kids has helped curb my appetite lol i just cant find the time to get anything to eat lol

Hey Booti bascooti ahahahah love the name!
You did so well this pg Shez im sure you'll have no trouble losing those few extra kilos hun
I mean if i have no time to eat with two kids you and Gemma have no hope with three

Jaimie....Flabby belly here too well more like saggy belly hahahaha.....its gross and i want it gone!
Ive got a great dvd called Windsor Pilates and I used it last time to tighten up my lower abs, you can get the dvds from kmart. Will definately have to pull it out and start shaping up my tum tum!

I bought some new runners on thurs night and joined ds up at swimming classes so hopefully the excercise will do me good!

Weigh in after Easter monday:eek: hmmm perhaps we should weigh in the following monday? hehehe

Anyone else game enough to join us??? come on we dont bite, unless your made of chocolate hahaha

 sarah.. yes eating is more difficult this time around.. but when i do eat its usually chocolate! damn easter!! i'll be weighing in wednesday coz thats when the health clinic appt is.. i wont be near scales until then.. i would buy some but i start to get quite obsessive:o

oh and i did manage to get out for a walk yesterday.. but M & D were walking too so i dont know if a snail pace is classified as exercise lol.. although i did chase D many times when she wanted to run on the roads! she ended up on daddys shoulders while i pushed the pram

as for weight i usually go really well till i hit 57kg then i struggle to lose more.. only time it was easy was after i had M.. but that went hand in hand with me not eating much at all.. which is not good. but seeing though i was breasfteeding the weight just fell off.. i lost my baby weight(10kg) in a week and dropped another 7kg by the time M was 3months.. i only weighed 52kg and oddly enough still wasnt 100% happy with my body.. fact is you cant change your shape.. im always gonna be 'heavier' on my lower half.. i was stoked with the weight loss but had absolutely no energy so its just not worth it.. i've learnt its better to be healthy & fit over thin:thumbsup:

ok well did weigh myself at A's 6 week check but i weighed like 64kg.. it actually makes sense as thats how i feel with what clothes are fitting and what isnt so im assuming the first set of scales were out maybe?! who knows.. i was completely unimpressed though! coz now its like 10kg to lose. AND have only lost 8kg so far..
im good at gaining weight not losing it.. i will weigh in again on may 1st when the girls get their needles.. coz they're the scales i used while preg so atleast i know they wont be wrong..
how are you all going??

Post PG start weight: 76kg about 1 week after the birth

Goal weight: 52kg.... Haven't been this light (well actually I was 47kg) since I was 19! Weighed same as my stick friend but I was still flabby lol and a size 10 - she was a 6/8 - Weird.

Weighed myself on our scales about 3 weeks ago & was 71kg but our scales aren't accurate. Will be weighed at Ob appointment tomorrow (6 weeks) so will see what I am then so I can start. Have gained weight since I stopped expressing as I can feel that!

NEW WEIGHT (as of ob appointment on 26/04/07) is 74kg ( :( ).

He said that was good as that was my pre-preg weight (that he knows of - he didn't see me til 13 weeks where I'd already put on 5 as I was 69kg pre-prg, Lol).

Started walking today. Aimed for 20 mins to start with & ended up going for 30 mins (and took the wrong key to get back in but lucky for me DH came home then!).

Will try every day but not Thurs as going to shops which is better exercise! Lol.

Been eating healthy at least ...

well, its rainy in perth so thats my excuse for not exercising! been eating ok, there was a special on tim tams and mint slice so last night was a write-off!!:shame:

CURRENT: weighed myself on the weekend 63kg so going quite well -0.6kg this week, i think thats a good weight loss rate, i don't want to try TOO hard!! gotta have some chocolate :D

GOAL: now Al's back at work i will walk more this week. i would like to lose 4kg+ before my 30th (so old!) its in about 7 weeks so i think that could happen. then a couple more kilos to my goal weight around 56/57kg.
