I've just bought some Baby Legs and they are gorgeous! DS's legs are warm and nappy changing is a breeze. I'd love to buy heaps more, but I'm thinking it may end up an expensive habit. Is it possible to knit baby legwarmers? Anyone have a pattern?

No don't have a pattern (google leg/arm warmers?) but if you do please sell me a pair!
It would be possible I assume, but you would just need to have some kind of elastic on the ends I think

I would google just leg warmers. Depending on the yarn used they may not have a lot of stretch compared to baby legs but then you can just knit a new pair. I was going to try this over Easter with a pattern I made.

Knitting Pattern Central (http://200.62.22.149/directory.php)

You could probably modify a pattern from there, and in the baby clothing section, theres a pattern for footed leg warmers and another for leg warmers specifically

I have plans to knit some but just haven't had the time.
I am sure there are plenty of patterns. You just knit them on DPNs and rib top and bottom.
Reminds me of the good ol' 80's

Ooooooo look at all you people who can knit. I'm jealous. I can knit but doubt I could follow a pattern of any kind.
Hmmm maybe I should have a go... I don't know...

you just need some old long socks and cut the feet off and put elastic on- easy!
