Hi Girls,

I also posted this in the announcement thread, but I thought it would be appropriate here as well!

What a whirlwind of a couple of weeks...

I posted two weeks ago, that I had suffered a miscarriage!

After bleeding quite badly, I had a ultrasound to see what was going on and as it turns out we were pregnant with twins. Unfortunately one bubba didn't make it, but one is still there and doing really well so far.

We have been through so many different emotions over the last couple of weeks, but we are so happy that one bubba is still sticking and fighting. :wizard:

I am so blessed to have such an amazing husband. Even though it is sad that we have lost one bubba, we chose to think about what we do have, rather than what we don't have.

Just wanted to let you all know... Now I am off to the Due in November thread.... Yay for me! :yelclap:

Edit I forgot to add that I am further along than what we first thought... Now due 4 November.... Which I keep forgetting! lol

Wow what an experience. Glad to hear you are thinking positively.

I was a twin when my mum was preg with me. At about 5 months pg she got the flu, very badly. She lost my twin but obviously, I survived right through and was born naturally with no complications. She bought herself a beautiful bracelet to mark the death of the twin and wears it almost constantly. She told me that the bracelet is her way of remembering the twin and it will be mine when she passes on.

Just because you lost a twin doesn't mean that this one won't be a completely healthy and happy bub. Good luck for the rest of your pregnancy!
