20 day cycles?Weird!

At the moment i am not ttc but i have noticed the last couple of cycles they have been weird.

They have a pattern like this:
cycle length 20 days
spot bleed for 2-3 days
O 2 days after stop bleeding
14 days later i get AF again

Has anyone else had AF's like this i have never had this before this means i am o'ing every 2 weeks :eek:

I had a m/c last year in december and i am bf'ing.

how do you know you O? do you do OPKs? CM? temping?

if you are only spot bleeding, i would say its not actually AF...... well not a proper AF anyway.

I could be wrong, but maybe BF is messing with them.

5 days isnt enough time for an egg develop & mature let alone be released so you can O.

I can tell because of cm and ovulation pain i know exactly when i O.

I should have explained better i O about 6 days into my cycle but i am fertile 2 days into my cycle this is the time i dont do 'anything' so i dont fall pregnant.

i dont think you can be Oing every two weeks. I think you need OPKs or something abit more concrete

I know for a fact that i am o'ing other wise i wouldnt have fallen pregnant in december my cycles were the same when i fell pregnant then after the m/c i got AF back 50 days after then they were back to 20 day cycles.

Did you travell a lot or did lot of phisical work during this month? because i had this type of problem before and i did lot of travelling during that month . Doctor asked me to take rest for few days . But to be frank i didnt have any miscarrige.

I cant help you in this cause , I would advise you to meet your GB.

Also another thing i have been diagnosed with PCOS so this is probably why my cycles are short along with the bf'ing.

This is prob the reason why your cycles have been funny sweety! My AFs where weird when BF....... but as soon as I stopped they started becoming regular. Maybe see a gyno if it's really worrying you?

Im still waiting on some results but will probably talk to my gp about it,thanks :hugs:
