I think I read in a trashy mag that Oprah was actually in a bit of shock - cos she consider(ed) Tom a really good mate and she had never seen him like that before.

I didn't watch the show tho. Maybe there was more to it?

Thought I go have a looksie as I missed this too...

Found:
What did you and Tom Cruise talk about during the commercial breaks? Did he offer to have your sofa cleaned?

I try not to have any conversation during break. I learned the first year out that you want to save it for the air. But on that particular show, Tom was so jazzed, chatting it up with the audience and me during commercial breaks. He'd just been to the Legends event [the party Oprah threw in May], so we talked about that. No, he did not offer to clean the sofa, and aren't I glad. Now we can auction it for the Angel Network and make a lot of money.

All I could find, so far...

I just thought I'd have a look at Oprah's website (link isn't allowed, but her address is her name :p ).

Think there may have been more, but that's all thats on the site.

Might have to wait and see if they rerun the show on cable, but probably won't happen for a while ...

I watched the show expecting to see what Oprah really thought about the Tom Cruise incident and she pretty much just said, I had never seen him like that before etc etc, not any juicy gossip or catyness.

I was a little disapointed and then the show ended really abruptly too, I think it was done like that so that if you wanted to see the rest you would have to buy the video that she was plugging the whole show.

I think Oprah is far too audience-savvy to say what she really thought of Tom bouncing on her sofa.... :)
