Often i don't eat until about 10:00am or later (up at 5 am). I only eat when my bod is hungry. In the morning i drink heaps of lemon in water instead.

Do be careful with excessive water....

Maybe a wives tale but i was told that too much water (prob more the fact too much in short space of time) can make the brain swell - you feel as you get a headache... hmmmmm cant remember the truth in this now...

Here...

Can You Really Drink Too Much Water?

In a word, yes. Drinking too much water can lead to a condition known as water intoxication and to a related problem resulting from the dilution of sodium in the body, hyponatremia.

Go to the link if you want to know more about what it does to the body... and yeah, it was not so much how much - but how fast you drink it.

i have to cook 2 different dinners at night...and secretly sometimes i'd rather eat lasagna, then another chicken stir fry...or a good old sausage sanga:laughing:

Ive done a trick that worked fantastically, I bought organic sausages :barf: they're low in fat and if you like them then thats great but I found them disgusting. So while I was eating it I pretend that's what a normal sausage tastes like and since then I've never had a craving for one again

I'm really norti i eat basically what i want but in smaller portions (instead of having 4 pieces of pizza i'll have 1 maybe 2 max) and i work out every night bar weekends at the gym... my philosophy is that if you tell yourself you can't have things you want it more so i just have little bits of everything it has worked for me (i've lost 21kg now) BUT it takes a lot of will power and its not for everyone and yes i am well aware of how much fat is in even one piece of pizza etc and i also know the value of healthy eating (which i do most of the time anyways) but yeah i just don't deny myself things i just limit my intake of bad things to small portions

Sausages :barf: You don't need to have an organic sausage BBQ...just find someone who has a copy of the simply life episode where they had to make sausages. That's enough to turn you off for life! Then go find the episode of Jamie's School Dinners where he shows the kids how they make chicken nuggets :barf:

If any of you watch loser they had a delicious looking healthy bbq the other night....they cooked from the biggest loser cookbook! No reason to give up your BBQ's!!!
