Hi
Just wondering how long it takes for newborn babies eye colour to change?
My son is 3 1/2 weeks old and his eyes are still grey/blue. If they were to go brown, should they have changed by now? Or does it take a couple of months?

MJ's eyes went blue real early & they have just gotten bluer :)
A friends son is 8months old and he still has dark grey/blue eyes. THink they'll stay that way.

I thought it was about 6 months? But Mac's eyes stayed blue anyhow, so i don't really know....
My paed. told me it can take anywhere up to 12 months for eyes to change colour. :)

Yeah i was told anywhere between 3mths & 12mths so they could all be lulling us into a false sense of security ! :p
My lad was brown eyed at 4 weeks but apparently some babies done stop changing till about 12 months.

My DS is 10mths and his eyes are still in the process of changing. I have green eyes and my DH has brown eyes. Some days my DS eyes look very green and other days they look hazel, so we are still waiting!

Raleigh's eyes were blue/green when she was born. They slowly started to darken around 12 weeks of age. They're now a brown/green colour at 8 1/2 months of age.
