Hi Girls,

Last month i had late ovalution. It was 7 days late. I must have stressed due to my work:banghead: .
Will this problem continue for the next month too .?
If anybody had this experience kinldy advice me what should i do to have my O on time.

Hi! I haven't had this problem but I guess if you could stress less at work it'd help. Maybe take time out each day for yourself or see if your workload can be adjusted. You can use ovulation predictor kits and then even if you are late you can be sure to BD on the right date. :hugs:

the only way to clearly get a picture of what is happening and when your likely to ovulate would be to see a gyno and if he has a clear scan be able to tell that way. And/or blood tests....other than that it's a mystery.

But i am sure i am ovaluting since i am on bbt . I hope this time i dont miss my eggie:smiliedance: .

I was also going to the gym and altogether it must have effected the cycle. I stoped going to gym now but try to medidate since it make my stress level low.
