As the result of my terrible operation results,(one blocked tube at least plus more bad news to come)
I have decided that I want to / need to make big changes in my lifestyle in order to increase whatever slim chances I have of having another baby.

I am planning to go see a Nathopath and commence Acupunture (?)

I also want to change my diet - I am a huge diet coke fan and also like a wine or three and dont always have the best food.

I don't really know what else to do. Was curious to see what other people are doing or have heard of.

I just feel like I have to take control of this situation and be as proactive as possible before it eats me alive.

Any recommendations would be great.
( I can't sleep - only had my operation today and my head is still spinning from the news and the drugs!!)

I haven't being through this myself but I have a friend that has one blocked tube and she has had three beautiful girls. It did take her a little longer but she did it!! It is possible and I hope that it gives you a since of hope.

We have changed diets and foods, don't drink this and don't drink that. In the end I truly beleive it just stresses your body out even more.

Certainly, if you having the wrongs foods 95% of the time, I would change or modify it.

I am having fertility treatment at present and have a scan mid-cycle every cycle to check follicles. It makes no difference to the follicles size and quality if I have a few glasses of wine (to relax!), drink 1-2 cups of coffee and treat ourselves to take-aways once a week........it surprised me but every month I get to see first hand what my follies look like and can vouch for - - it that it doesn't make a differance.

I think once you have a confirmed pregnancy is the time to change things, cut out the wine and coffee.

enjoy all things in moderation

~ enjoy ~

I agree with LJ Harmony. Everything in moderation. I lead a healthy lifestyle ie I walk for an hour each day and eat really healthy food. But at the same time I have a glass of wine every now and then, and have a cup of coffee each day. I am TTC too, and once I get my BFP I will stop the coffee and alcohol intake but until then I am going to make the most of it!!! Life's too short!!!!
