Hi, my 10mth old DS has a vien in between his eyes. It looks as though it is close to the skins surface. I have been told that it will disapear as he gets older, when his skin thickens. Does anyone know if this is true? Has anyone elses child had this?
Thankyou

Yep...Mac had it and its gone away now, and Charlee has a slightly darker one between her eyes, at the top of her nose. I was worried too, but its pretty common.

matt had it too I haven’t thought about for a while so I just checked and it's gone I never thought it would as it stood out and with him having very white skin I never thought it would go. Same place too.
DD has a few of these around the eye and forehead area too.I was told it looks so close to the surface because her skin is thin, and as she puts on more weight it should dissapear.
Dom had one across his nose which is gone now but he has a very obvious one still on his upper eye just below the brow. he is 3 i dont think it will go away seeing i dont think you would really put any weight on your eye lids...
Yep, my DD has one too.
Counds like it is quite common!

DD1 has one. It was really noticeable when she was younger but now she is 3 you can hardly see it.
I don't think DD2 has one but I will have to check now!!!

Maddy has one, which funnily enough, I only just noticed yesterday and was wondering bout it till I saw this thread!:)
Like Maddysmama I only recently noticed a bluish line above Elyshas nose this morning actually while feeding her and was wondering about it also then noticed this post - Its good to know it seems a common thing :)
