Hi Kristi,
I always get headaches and nausea around O and the again at AF. I have always just put it down to hormones surging ect. In a way its good cause i know im definatly Oing and when and also know that AF is definatly coming and im up for another cycle-again!!
Good luck to you:wizard:

Thank you...feel like I am doing this all for the first time as feel preg on birth control with my little girl so my husband and I arnt used to this whole waiting game and after 6 months I'm starting to get impatient....LOL.....
Hi there,
sounds like you might have gotten a menstrual migraine this month...
this kind of migraine is caused by your body withdrawing from estrogen (like a drug withdrawal symptom) - cos estrogen levels drop sharply after O and at AF. It's really common.
migraine = moderate to really painful headache which lasts 4 - 72 hours and makes you feel sick. Also can make you sensitive to light and/or sound. There are some amazingly good fixes that can totally kill the migraine and nausea in like 15 minutes but best not to use while you're TTC.
I'm hanging out to conceive because I get these every month quite badly - apparently they don't happen when you're pregnant!! Bring it on, I say!
Anyway, hope this is a one off for you and that you don't get any more! Good luck - hope this is your month! :fingerscrossed:
Cheers,
