any AP new mums' groups in Melb?

the only new mothers' groups i can find are the council MCHN ones, and mine are scarily mainstream and i found it very demoralising... but i need a new mums group. does such a thing exist in melb?
or, anyone want to start one? =)

there is one in Box Hill and it is called Melbourne Attachment Alternative Parenting (MAAP) it is a group on Wednesday mornings and is multi age.
