We have had heaps going on in the last month and AF has not shown. BFN came back and I am still waiting my last period was 7/2. Since DS2 I have been pretty regular (usual 28-35 day cycle).
Has this happened to anyone else, I am curious?? Could AF come in another months time???

When i was younger i would often miss AF due to stress & then once i was on depo-provera i never knew the difference lol.
Also my sister backpacked around the world alone for 9mths & never got AF due to being stressed about it all.
Sometimes the body works in different ways at times when we are under stress etc.
There is also a chance that you didnt ovulate last month as this can also mean you skip AF. This is what the doctor assumed happened with me when i got a BFN after a blood test only to have it re-done a few weeks later for a BFP !!! So maybe its just not showing yet !
Good luck !

Yes yes and yes...
I'm one of those people who would say they "thrive on stress"... I actually tend to get AF once every two months ... like AF, my stress is on cycle too! lol
The worse one I had was 5 weeks late (not including the normal skipped month).. so about 9 weeks between periods.
I actually had to get completely drunk for it to arrive, as I just couldn't calm down at the time :barf:
...So take a chill pill and/or test again a few weeks from now.. just to make sure :p

if you are stressed it can delay it being over weight can to or underweight if you have concerns ask your doc
In high school, I used to get AF right after exams would finish and when I stress about it is doesn't arrive. Not sure if this is actual medical fact, but it is what happens to me!

Thanks to all you lovely ladies I think time will tell , if it doesn't come in a couple of weeks I will test again, I think it is stress though. I bought a house and a new car, finances have been stretched as well as relationships.
