Sunshine Coast mothers group

Hi,

I'm quiet new to this site but am just wondering if anyone has information on mothers groups on the Sunshine Coast. I have a 10 month old son and would like to be able to meet up with other mothers. Any information would be helpful as I haven't had much luck so far.

Where abouts in the sunshine coast are u? There is a website for playgroups I think its www.playgroup.com.au but not quite sure, if that doesnt work just google playgroup association. We do meet ups every now and again if you interested just watch this forum. We have a girls night out on the 19th may if u would like to come. Keep in touch!

I live in Montville. I found the site you were talking about and called them. They told me about a playgroup in Maleny which I'm going to be checking out next week. Fingers crossed it all goes well. Thankyou for your help though, I was finding it near impossible to locate a playgroup :)

As 3KM said, we often arrange meets around the Coast, so keep an eye on this section of the forums. Also, feel free to organise your own meet, that way you can arrange something convenient for yourself & others can join in if it suits. I know there are a few bubhub mums around your area.

hey can u also help me find mother's groups as well. have 2 children, both boys one three year old and a new born I would really like to join up with one in the kawana/buddina area, as I am having lots of trouble finding my own.

I havent been able to find a suitable mothers group set up on the sunshine coast. So I have decided to start my own. I am a mother of 15 month old daughter Amelia, and im 27. I'm looking for other mothers with children of approximately the same age for fortnightly meet ups at my house. We have a large verandah where we can have coffee, or a decent size backyard where the kids can play on the swingset while we supervise. First meet up will be on Wednesday 8th of September at 3:30pm and be fortnightly from then. I started a playgroup at Mountain Creek primary school this last term and it has been a great way to meet other mums in the area.

Im shell, im 21 and i not long ago moved to woombye. I have a 17 month daughter Gabriel and im pregnant with another little girl.

I have previously joined a few mothers groups around the coast but i havent really clicked with many people, or there just seems to be way too many in the groups to actually get to meet individuals.

If you would like to catch up, group or solo.. i dont drive but i could possibly bus it somewhere for coffee or for lunch etc, or im happy to have someone over for coffee etc.
