I'm bored. MJ's asleep on me right now :) So i was watching Maury. The show as usual was about paternity......I may be strange but find it disgusting that people can get upwards of 4 people tested & STILL dont know who the father is
How can you do that? Sleep with multiple people in a short period of time.

I have watched that show too and it spins me out what Americans go on TV for!
Every episode I watch seems to be a paternity case where the woman swears a certain guy is the father as she didn't sleep with anyone else but then the tests prove otherwise............
Mindless entertainment I guess but you are right - very sad not knowing or remembering who the father is. I actually know someone like that and the child is beautiful and happy and seems to call every partner the mum has Daddy. :(

In answer to your other question...........
I went through a crazy stage where I split up with my partner of 4 years who was very possessive and jealous and violent and I was loving my new found freedom and attention I was getting from men.
I slept with 3 guys in a month - not proud of it now that's for sure but used protection everytime although it wasn't needed as all 3 of them couldn't 'rise' to the occasion! :p
This of course made me feel like it was my fault and went of physical activity for a long time after that!!!;)
I used to watch Maury all the time but recently ALL his shows are about paternity, it drives me crazy! One woman had TEN men tested and they were all negative, what was she thinking?!
Or they're the lie detector test shows. Some women (and men too) are SO stupid!

The saddest thing about this obviously is that those children now have to face a life of uncertainty as to their lineage and in some cases ridicule. Ridicule because of their mother going before a nation to proclaim no knowledge of who the father is with a multitude of candidates up for the Golden Globe!
so true debs , obviously not much thought has gone into any future embarressment or distress their actions will cause their children. what i want to know is how does he manage to find, not only so many woman unsure of the paternity of their child, but willing to go on national tv and tell everyone about it??

oh I miss Maury!!! (how sad am i LOL) We haven't had pay-tv for a couple of years, and I would love to veg out and watch trashy shows like Maury again!!!
Do they still have the "Fat Babies" episodes??? Where all the obese babies are just wearing a nappy, and waddling around on stage for everyone to gawk at and say "oh my god look how FAT those babies are" i always felt sorry for those kiddies. Especially the 10 month old who would eat a whole pizza (one of those small Pizza Hut ones) whenever his mum ordered pizza !!! "What's good for me, is good for my 10 month old" OMG the world will be so screwed up when we are old ladies.....!!!

Queen you dont need pay tv just head down to your local shopping centre LOL I saw a mum giving her baby (would have been about 14months old, if that) some of her coke!
I heard her say "here you can share Mummy's drink" Hello coke is so NOT for babies

oh I see that kind of thing IRL too..... I just want to say "oh my GOD why don't you just rip their teeth out now and be done with it!!!!"
Or when I see a family at McDonalds and the kids are reeeeally overweight (before I sound 'anti-fat-people' please know that I am a size 20 boombalada myself.... except for the belly which is popping out more each day :D) .... I just want to go slap the mumma upside the head and say "give your kids some FRUIT!!" It's my tax dollars that will be paying for the 14 yr olds quadruple by-pass in a couple of years!!!
**rant over** :D
