heya :) have you tried mixing the vegies with the cereal?? My little man'e favourite, easiest to get down vegies were pumpkin, sweet potato and zucchini. I don't know if you are into books for advice but I used the Gina Ford Contented Baby Guide to Weaning.... it was fantastic.... structured meals etc for me to follow and now Christopher, who is 8 months tomorrow eats everything without turning his nose up. Oh, and we started the whole "solids" thing at 4 and a half months as the ginas philosophy is introduce them to a range of vegies and fruit early and you won't have a fussy eater.
Good luck with it :)

If he likes fruit, but not vegies, maybe you could try to add just a little pear or apple puree to the vegies and see if this helps? Then you could gradually decrease it til you get just vegies?
As for the 3 meals a day, i would maybe leave it at 2 for a another month, as they aren't really supposed to be having it until 6 months. (Having said that, i started both at about 3 1/2 months due to them being so hungry....) I gave Mac 2 meals a day for about 2 months to give her little body a bit of a chance to get used to it...does that make sense? Somebody else will give better info for sure!
Theres nothing wrong with just having plain old farex for a while if thats what he'll eat! It has the iron and everything in it, really the vegies are for flavour for the first little while anyhow!
Nothin wrong with farex! Do try mixing a little veg with it maybe just a spoon full so it basically just tastes like cereal then add a little more each day.
Keep him on 2 solids a day I reckon for another month or 2 at least. You'll know when he's ready for more.
Also a question.... how long have you been giving him solids?

Dont fret about it too much, my little one loved his veg and hated meat at first, wouldnt touch the stuff LOL now at 17 months he cant stand veggies and LOVES his meat!!!
Their taste for certain things change all the time and his still really little so dont worry about it just keep giving him bf and farrax and fruit :)
