Do You Have Pet Names?

I was wondering if anyone still used pet names with their other half and if so how did it come about.:kiss:
Me and dh call each other Pia (the boys do to now) for some reason and I have no idea why or how it came about.

We call each other "Pig." We also call DD "The Pig" or "Piggy" or something. So...we're a family of pigs...lol.

Neither of us like the baby/babe/etc type of names... they kinda make us both cringe.

i just call him baby... and i am probably the only one in his family that calls him by his first name. all his family call him by a nickname. sometimes i make fun and call him ricky ricardo (his name is richard.)

We have the usual "babe", etc, but I call him Fatboy :eek: alot. Started as a joke and just stuck...sounds like I am being quite insulting, but I'm not, and he answer's to it, lol.
His nickname in the Navy is Chook, so he gets Chookie from me as well, as he answer's to that better than to Craig.

I'm not really sure and I don't even think bigwee bigwee is his name, he got it confused but anyway, I love it, I think it's cute.

Anyone know the correct name of the chicken? And are we thinking of the right cartoon?

Generally we call eachother 'Love' - only from making fun of old ducks who call eachother love. It sort of stuck....

BTW, if he ever called me Bubba - he'd be punched! Errrr, Bubba sends chills down my spine!

Ahhhh....just asked 'love' and he said it's from Grape Ape. His little friend the dog's name is actually Beegley Beagley but my husband always thought he was saying Bigwee Bigwee when he was little so that's what he calls me.

I have now been inspired to change my avatar and perhaps even my username!

We call each other Boss. Sometimes he calls me little boss. We worked in a restuarant together years ago and used to jokingly call each other boss while we were working. It stuck!
