St Jude's Anglican is meant to be good. I know some people there and went there once - seemed fine. I know a minister down there who's really nice too but I'll need to check where (and what) his church is for you.

Where abouts in Melbourne?
What denomination?
Is it for worshipping or a Christening, Baptism etc?
Thanks guys,
Probably looking at the Dandenong side, near like Mordialloc or whatever the place is called.
Will travel up to say 40mins for a worthwhile church if necessary.
Looking for a good christian church for regular worship, christ-centred bible-based evangelical if that helps.
Thank you for your help! :)
Mordialloc Baptist is a great church.
Its a medium sized church with a great young pastor and his wife, they have three young boys.
I dont go to this church myself (its a bit far for me) but the minister and his wife are great friends of ours so i can highly recommend it.

Crossway is a good baptist church in Burwood filled with all age groups from all cultures. Whenever we go there we are glad we went and feel somewhat revived from the everyday pressures of modern day life. :)
Very uplifting messages which are Christ centered.
There are lots and lots of children's activities which teach wholesome values.
