This crazy sydney weather has done me in - I am sneezing like a mad woman and my eyes are soooo swoollen.
Can anyone recommend stuff to take when 36 wks pg?
Thanks,

I used and still use Rhinocourt. But first I use Saline Nasal Spray to clear the nasal passages plus it's meant to help the Rhinocourt absorb better.

Polaramine is apparently allowed in pregnancy (can't remember whether it's prescription though?). I used it throughout both pregnancies....didn't do TOO much for me, but my mum and sis use it for their hayfever and it helps. Maybe worth a shot?
I know exactly how you fee :(l, it's terrible enough normally, let alone when preggers and unable to use much. :hugs: Good luck, i hope you feel better soon.

I took a phenergan today, called and checked with the pharmacist first and he said if it was really bad heyfever/allergy that a little bit won't hurt when this far along.

Poleramine is a Category A2 pregnancy antihistamine from memory - talk to your pharmacist, but it should be fine!
you just need to dble-check with the pharmacist what you can and can't have whilst pg. I am having quite a bit of hayfever too and have found moisture eyedrops help but you can't have ones with anti-hystimine in them.
Fingers crossed this season passes quickly for all of us in Sydney.
