Ok, I have decided that tomorrow (always tomorrow) I am going to start my weightloss journey oce again and I WILL stick to it.
Is there anyone that can help me at all. Send me a PM or email me to see if I have done my workout.
I am wanting to go for a walk each morning. Depends on how I feel.

I will be seeing my whole family for easter got to shed an extra couple of kgs before then.
I get my new digital scales on tuesday.
Most mornings I wake up with a headache and that ruins everything. Thats from getting up to 2 bubs and lack of sleep I think. I have been having an arvo nap when the boys are asleep though so that has helped me abit.

I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT
i have just started my walking been every day this week one hour each time.
at first its hard to get motervated but the more you do it the more you want to.
just go for it rain or shine (hale not recomended)

At one stage I was walking everyday or doing some type of workout but then I wasn't getting enough sleep as I was getting up to 2 kids during the night.
Then the other morning (monday) I went for a walk for 25mins, I was going to go for another walk to the mail box (2kms from house) that arvo but I don't know I just decided that I wasn't going to so I didn't. Just aswell I didn't walk as there was about 6ft red-belly-black snake on our driveaway.
I think that I might just stick to walking and jogging round the house.

Keep up the good work! Also another great work out is to put on a favourite CD and try and dance for as long as you can, dancing is great for burning calories!
