Baby Bjorn dilema

DD is big enough now that I can put her front facing in her Baby Bjorn. The instructions tell me to turn the flap at the top over (the one that previously supported her head). Problem is that the flap won't stay put and keeps flipping back up.

I'm still putting her arms through the arm holes but should I be now putting them over the top to keep the flap down?

I know what your saying.

You have to fold the top down and then click the side snaps into the holes while it's in the folded down position.

That's odd - isn't there some buttons that you use to keep the flap down? Well on my version there is?

Yep, there should be round buttons on each side that you attach the flap to, and your baby's arms are now over the top - no armholes. It basically now supports her round the waist.
