Weight Watchers Lactation Program

Hi,

I am a ww lifetime member ( although I haven't been since falling pregnant) and I just wanted to know if anyone has done the ww lactation program. If so, how long after your baby's birth did you start it and did you find it helped you to loose weight?

Well done on being a life time member!! That's terriffic!! I was doing WW b4 I fell pregers... wasn't too far off goal but now I have a bit of work to do again :o
I think that you can pretty much start straight away on the lactation one... ring them up they'll be able to tell you!!
