Fireworks.

Hi Guys, think the Christmas celebrations have begun at Southbank, with fireworks and buskers etc. Are people still interested in the trip in to southbank?? If so when and who wants to go? :)

yes would love to get out of the house again i went on monday thought i would go anyway as my 3 boys were all excited and they had a good time would love to go again and meet up with other mums

Are we talking about going down for a swim in the day or to a night time event like fireworks?
Because I can go down for a swim pretty much any day, but if we wanted to go out on an evening to view the fireworks, then a weekend would be best so I can bring hubby along. (we only have one car which he takes with him to work and I dont want to catch a train at night, too scary).

Maybe we should make it a family event and go for an afternoon swim and watch the fireworks that evening I am happy to do it on a weekend to although this weekend I wont be able to. Which makes it difficult for the rest of you I spose :confused: its up to you guys :)

I can do the following weekend, but that will be Xmas eve (Saturday 24th), so long as people are keen to go out on Xmas eve?
I was thinking about going to Southbank that night anyway, as a family thing. We didnt get to last year coz DH was working so we'll probably go that day even if noone else does LOL!!! :p

Oh well, we can always stick to the week day southbank swims, on hot days when we want to get out of the house!!

I am happy to meet up with you on a week day anyways for a swim and to escape I'm always keen to get out of the house in to the fresh air its too hot at home plus the kids like entering other environments rather that being locked up all the time poor little darls Lol.

Hi girls have't had the chance to get on today at all. It's 9.54pm and i've just finished looking through the threads. ist of all I'm not pregnant got periods late last night,but this time feels sorta different still feel like crap and sorta comming heavy. I was 7 days late and never felt like i did last week or so. I'm kinder diapointed i'm not pregnant. We'll try in new year again. The kids and i would like to come to south bank and fianliy meet all of you too. Have you decided on day and time yet . Good night

Oh Alison I'm soo sorry you're not pregnant, I know how you will be feeling. If you're experiencing really heavy bleeding and painful cramps do you think it might have been a very early miscarriage? I miscarried at 5weeks Gest once and it was like that.

It's so disappointing. I did a preg test every month when trying to get preg after miscarrying (I did each test a day b4 I was due for my period) and was disappointed for 6months in a row, I know I should have not done the tests but I couldn't help myself!

One thing that was exciting to do was, those ovulation kits. We had tried for 4months and nothing so bought a kit and it worked after two months.
At least you know you are "trying" on the right days then and likely to fall preg sooner. Although some people reckon they can tell exactly when they're ovulating, not me!!
Anyways I'm rambling and supposed to be going to bed so nite nite, and dont be too upset, theres always next month and it's all fun trying hehe :p !!!

Morning ladies,thanks for the reply Julie. I think i did have a miscarriage as i did have heavy bleeding and bad pains. I still fill like crap. I hope you all have fun tonight and have a drink for me. Hope you all look after yourselfs tonight. Enjoy your weekend ladies.
