Ok, so after reading the lastet CLEO I am depressed!

I wanna get fit again like I was before DS!

I was wondering if there are any fitness freaks on here that could post a fitness schedule for me each week to help motivate me!?

I used to be a gym junkie and loved the treadmil, bike and weights but have no idea how to do a plan nor to motivate myself ... so I thought if someone else gave me a plan I could stick to that and if it varies all the time that would help!



And if anyone else wanted to join me we could keep each other motivated .. so it would be like an online gym club thingy!?

Start now!

Hop off your chair and hold a squatting posistion for 30 secs then do it again for longer:)

Then do 20 pushups, 20 tricep dips and 50 crunches....oh, a hole the hover position for at least a minute:D
