Thrush: can it inhibit conception?

I get asymptomatic thrush and gardnerella infections quite a lot and all of a sudden I've started to wonder whether this might inhibit conception when we start TTC.

Any ideas about this?

It can effect conception as it upsets the bodies "natural" floras etc which are perfect for the whole sperm meets egg stuff. It can make things too acidic hence killing off the sperm before they can do there job. HTH
