My name is Bronwyn, I'm 32, married and the mother of Hamish Rupert, born on Anzac day 2007. We live in Perth with our wonderdog - Oscar, a staffy. I left the public service when I had Hamish and I've recently started my own business teaching music to babies and toddlers. I found bubhub in 2005 when trying to find information about conceiving after a miscarriage. I found some amazing support and made some great friends. I've been a moderator since February 2006.

My earliest memory is....walking up the neighbour's very steep driveway to be baby sat - I was probably about 2 or 3.

I wish I had.... a greater inclination to do house work!

My happiest memory is.... My rather lovely wedding day and Hamish's birth - it's a tie.

My most humiliating moment was.... the time we called the fire brigade around because there was a nasty burning smell in the house. It was 10pm and four big blokes started looking around our house for about 15 minutes. Finally they found a dead bug on a lightglobe.....

My last meal would be....Not sure, something involving red wine.

When I was a child I wanted to.... be an actress

It's not fashionable but I love.... ABBA

The last big belly laugh I had was.... when my husband called my dog "a little bit fat". No idea why it was so funny, but it still makes me laugh until I cry.

If I were a car I'd be....reliable but not very fast

If I wasn't me I'd like to be....Either a three year old or a dog. Their capacity to be excited about life is just so wonderful to behold.
