I have candida thrush was diagnosed yesterday and have some cream for it...
my huge problem is I can't express milk as it HURTS way too much and I am only expressing maybe 10mls in 30mins!!!! I am formula feeding my DD I was going to express milk until it healed but I can't DO IT!
Help me?!
