Hiya melo!!
Yep! Im studying Bachelor of General Studies/Bachelor of Teaching through UNE by correspondence. Only problem is you have to go to Armidale for a week every year or so.
Charles Sturt uni also offers it, tho not too sure if they have a similar thing with week stays. Chat to me on msn about it if you want to!
I have no idea where Paraburdoo is so I dont know if this will help!!
Paraburdoo is in WA, in the middle of no where!! :).
I really want to study, but at the moment its going to be so hard having to travel to Perth (Its a 16 hour drive or 2.5hour flight).

Hmm, I would look at either of those, least going over to armidale would only be once a year! Also you could probably google bachelor of education correspondence, and that may come up with something

If you contact UNE, they will tell you where you have to go to sit exams. I dont have to go to armidale, I will be going to Gosford Tafe to sit exams. They are having a mid year enrollment this year too
Here you go
Course information (http://www.une.edu.au/for/current-students/course-information/education-pgug-07.pdf)
more info (http://www.une.edu.au/courses/courses/BGSTCH)
Hope that helps :)

Hi hun,
Yes it is possible! I studied bachelor of Education for 3 terms full time at Murdoch in Perth and then when I moved to Margaret River I studied it part time externally. I only did about a year altogether of the course though.
Good luck with it all.

Murdoch Uni in WA offers education externally. Web address is www.murdoch.edu.au
They are based around rockingham area. You have to take your first prac in perth but after that you can do it in your area.
Hi,
I am doing a bachelor of eduation -early childhood, externally. There are no residential schools. Its through James Cook University.
Its a new course and it does actually allow you in QLD to teach up to year 10.
