Just curious as to whether there's any babies out there who have NEVER worn a disposable at all?

Since when does a hospital have a right to tell you, that you have to put a disposable on your babe?

How wrong is that...
I was thinking the same thing!! My hospital used cloth, but told me that I could use disposables if I wanted (provided that I supplied them).

Well G moved into full time cloth 2 weeks ago... He is in a sposie right now :( and will be all weekend. We are going away and i just dont have enough to do it while we are away, and i didnt want dirty nappies sitting here until we get back... oh well back on the horse next week.

I'd like to say both my girls never wore disposables, but woe is me they have.

My boy wore sposies in the first week of life, initially because I had some free samples so we thought we'd use them up while he still fitted into them, and then I put a bamboo nappy on him and he meconium'd all over it (and I cried) so I waited until his poo's were more normal before starting properly with the cloth.

And Leeny - we've always known you're special  ;)

Here! Never, ever, ever has DS (2 & 4 months) worn a single use nappy. :D

Similar to tishsmum, both our kids are about the same age too.

I also wish I could say never, as Jet's been in cloth since birth, even in hospital. But I have to admit there have been a couple of times when we've used sposies...not many though!

I can't remember now.....
....though I do know all my three have worn sposies. My big boy actually never wore cloth at all :( til undies of course.
But it seems as though we have always used cloth. Its been 8mths without a sposie. Though we do have them in the house. Will have to sell them maybe and pull ups.
