Mackay Anyone???

Well the time has come.... my DH was offered a job of a life time so we are leaving newcastle and making the trek north to Mackay in sunny sunny Queensland!!!! Yippee!

I originally come from Townsville and my parents still live there so it is going to great to be closer to them - particularly with the second bub on the way!

So do we have any bubhubbers in Mackay?? Surely I won't be the only one... I hope not!!!! :eek:

Hi Leisha,

Sorry to say we don't and probably wont live in Mackay. My Dad actually lives in Townsville - he has a big business there, although we aren't in touch.
But we have discussed that we would like to move to the Gold Coast next year!!! Can't wait!My mum, stepdad and sisters all live there so I'm very excited! We have to wait until we sell the house and finish the reno's of course! But hears hoping we'll be up that way by this time next year!
