Strange red dots

Hi Guys

How are you all going ? Sorry its been a while since I was online, have been away on holiday.

My symptoms have died down a bit and just had some nausea and breast tingling and stuff.

Just in a last 2-3 days I've noticed red bloches like pimples on my both breasts not many though. They are slightly sore to touch, not sure if this is just hormones/sign of pregnancy and I've got a bit of achne?

Has anyone experienced this before, doesn't really appear to be something I should be worried about, or should it ?

My acne has gotten better since conceiving although did go bad for a while there is better again now (having PCOS meant I had issues with it). However it has not gotten any better on my chest. I have a few spots. A couple of them are not really like pimples as such (they dont get a head and are not 'blind' ones) they look almost like a little round scar, raised and red but not really filled with anything IYKWIM.
I know you can get skin folds while pregnant but dont know much about them and didnt think they would look like pimples.

I am the same as Nicole. I have PCOS so I have issues with pimples on my face however I have never had pimples anywhere else on my body. When I first fell pregnant my pimples flared up really bad but it has died down a bit although I still have some on my face. The last few days I have also noticed a couple tiny red pimples on my belly but none on my boobs. I am assuming this is perfectly normal, I dont think it is anything to worry about.
