Baby friendly Cafes / Restaurants Guide

Does anyone now of any books that you can buy to give a guide of baby friendly places to go to eat, stay, play etc. Why is it so hard to find places to go out to and be able to change their nappy or feed them while you are there. I know La Porchetta is great for that, surely there are more places to go?

You dont say where you live but there is a great book called sydney for the under 5s which includes places to eat
