Probiotics safe in Preg?

Wondering if anyone knows if those "probiotics" are safe to use during preg. there is nothing on the container about not using during preg, but still a little worried.
Its healty Gut bacteria ones.. if that make a diff..

Yep, they sure are :thumbsup: I took Inner Health Plus tablets through most of my pregnancy.

Check with your doctor or chemist if your not sure though
