Help with new nappies, please

I bought some NB AIO from nappy chappies, on ozebaby, the have hemp in them somewhere, lol, so Im just wondering, how many, and how do I prewash them ready for use, please?

I dont have a hot tap on the washer, so how do I go about washing them without hot? could I hand wash them in a bucket? and if so, how long for, iykwim?
Any advice in advance Id love, ooh, No Cover, am I right?? I have NFI when it comes to the newies, and Ive tried to find out, but am getting more and more confused..

Maybe do a good old handwash in hot a few times if u can then spin the in the machine? I know ive used some tongs in the laundry sink before washing inserts LOL and oh yes no cover!

I don't have hot water going into my machine as it is broken. All I do is get a length of garden hose and put it on the end of the spout in the laundry tub and fill the machine up that way. Does that make sense? I also get the excess poo off that way as I don't have a little squirt.
