Cobey turns 9 months in 10 weeks so I have to lose that last 8kg, otherwise I have no excuse (You know, the whole 9 months to get like this, 9 months to get back into shape)

I need help :( I have little self control, I have no time/energy for exercise and I'm the queen of excuse making

Does anyone have any good exercises they can tell me for the after-hours?

Cheers lovely ladies :)

Exercise DVD's?

Maybe getting a mentor to keep you on track?

My biggest secret to losing 8 kg has been running. I absolutely lothe it and do it after hours on a treadmill but the weight dropped off! I must say it did take me longer than 10 weeks more 3-4 months. Still 2 kgs to get to pre preggo weight.

Watch I'll probably make back down and get preggo again...vicious cycle!

Kat - Iw as thinking of some exercise dvds but not sure where to start or the best ones? (anyone???)

I'm sooo peeved that aerobics Oz isn't on in the mornings anymore, I loved doing that!

I guess it depends whether you want aerobics, dance based, yoga, pilates.

The best bed is to visit the video store and try before you buy.

With dvds I have Hotpants Workout and Biggest Loser. The Hotpants one is quite tricky (dance) but I have only done it a couple of times so I will get it. I love the Biggest Loser workouts and they are proven to work.
I also do alot of walking, crunches, lunges, squats etc

I still have 14kgs to go til I get to my goal. I have lost 6.5kgs in 8wks though.
:fingerscrossed: that you make it.

I have been on Lite n Easy for 8 weeks and have lost 8.5 kilos.

I forgot to put my order in this week and I am struggling. I miss it.

I luff it.

I am nearly, very very nearly "not fat"

nearly.

the Tony Ferguson is out (as are any meal replacements) as I'm not going to give up breastfeeding simply for a few Kilos. :) (although if I weren't breastfeeding it'd be the first place I'd look)

And I've looked into light & easy but I'm afraid I can't afford it . I also have a problem in that I can eat healthy and all that jazz without losing weight, it's the exercise I'm slacking in.. and this leave-home-at-7-getting-home-at-6 thing isn't helping :(

yes, it is expensive.

I haven't been exercising and I have lost the weight. I hate exercise. I started out allright but got lazy and was still losing so I stopped :o

Sometimes I play games with bubby that I know are burning calories, like lifting him over my head and doing squats holding him.

You could always take up irish dancing, lol. Riverdance in your very own loungeroom.
