Dr Andrew Pesce is the obstetrician that all the midwives use. He is really good, but is very hard to get into. You will need to book early. Tien is the other obstetrician but I don't know her exact details. If you ring the hospital, they will give you her number

Hi Romey
I had my little girl at Westmead Private 14 months ago and I can HIGHLY recommend Dr Siri-Wardena, he was excellant and lovely lovely gentleman.
I don't have his phone number handy but the hospital could give it to you.
I tried to get into Pesce but he was fully booked and he trained Siri- Wardena and recommended him to me.
I should be on commision for Siri-Wardena cause I've sent 4 other to him since and they've all loved him.
I had a dreadful pregnancy and ended up in and out of hospital from 28 weeks and Dr Siri-Wardena would ring me at home to check on me, he was gorgeous and his Secretary was lovely too.
Hope this helps.
PS: The hospital is fantastic too, loved all the staff.

Thank you for the recommendation... i was lucky i posted this early as i was able to book in Dr Pesce. I had my first at Westmead Private and used a differnt OB that was recommended to me by my sister in law, but i was very unhappy wih her. I feel a little more at ease now i know im using another OB that is highy recommended. SO THANKS SO VERY MUCH!!
