View Full Version : Help to reduce baby belly since having my daughter!
This might sound like a stupid question but I was wondering if anyone has any ideas or help to get rid of my baby belly.
When I was pregnant with my daughter I only really put weight on in my belly & since having my daughter I still have a bit of a boldge left which I want to get rid of so people dont think im Pregnant or for me to feel fat.
Hope the bubhub mums can help me out please.
are you talking loose skin or fat?
all i can say is pilates... although i hate them, my friend has whipped back into shape..
if its fat, have you considered a higher protein diet, like the csiro one, you lose it off your stomach on it:D

I had the same problem and after 7months of having a belly and a flabby belly, i decided to tone it up.
I started with 10 sit ups a day, building it up ten a day till i could do 100 sit ups.
The other thing I so is lay on my back and lift both my legs and feet off the ground(holding them together) and hold for 30 seconds at a time.
It sounds like hard work but here is how i do it.....my secret is......
I watch tv at night at least 3 hours cause all my hsows are on, and I do thm in the adds, I get on average 15 sit ups per add slot. Makes the time go quicker and doesnt feel like you are doing 100 sit ups at once. It's really easy once you get into a habbit.
If you do this continually after about 3 weeks you will notice a differnce in your belly.... trust me.
