Wow, it's been a long time since I've been in the 30+ section but about time I returned to the safe, comfortable haven...:D

Of course the cows are still here - we wander around mooing and welcoming newcomers to our cantankerous ranks. THere are no pre-requisites other than a maturity of age and cantankerousness of outlook!
