Head Engagement

Hi All,

I am starting to worry about this little ones head not engaging.

With DD her head didn't engage until four hours into an induced labour. Due to her head not engaging I went into labour three nights in a row only for it to stop. I am worried that since this one is bigger it might not be able to engage.

Yeah I know I am probably stressing about nothing but I know someone on here will say something to ease my worries.

Just mainly wondering when your little ones heads engaged. First bub, second bub, third bub, etc.

Hey!

I am probably not much help, but my EDD is 30th March although I am getting induced on the 19th March, at my last appointment my bubs head was not engaged. My OB mentioned that some bubs don't engaged until the very last minute. With all 3 of my mum's pregnancies none of us kids engaged until the last minute - maybe you might be in the same vote as this - I think my bub will not engaged until the last minute.

I know it's not much help but thought I would let you know what's going on with my bub not engaging too.

i think you'll be fine! with me dd#1 was engaged at about 36weeks, dd#2 didnt engaged till i was in labour(induced) and dd#3 was engaged by 39weeks.
